The client, a UK based company, is in the business software development wanted to sell their product to the customers in U.S.A. To achieve this objective, it considered outsourcing this process to India, and partnered with Access BPO.

Access BPO performed a detailed study about the software offered by the company. A comprehensive training program was developed to ensure efficiency. In parallel Access BPO created a database of the target customers in U.S. Several unique initiatives from a technology perspective were included in the delivery model to achieve the target given by the Client.
